What I Got Wrong About The Future Of Food Production
Prior to COVID-19, I talked about our monolithic food supply chain with resigned pragmatism. Fundamentally, I believed that slower incremental disruption, together with collaboration among incumbents and start-ups, would be a more likely evolutionary path in the sector. I was wrong.
